After graduating from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Shoyu started his career building SaaS products at AnyMind. He later worked on big-data services at PrimeNumber and led multiple products as Executive Officer and VP of Technology at FLUX before founding LR in 2023.

Takuya co-founded Chanoma Inc. in North America, building and operating a remote talent platform. After returning to Japan, he advised THE SEED CAPITAL, organized conferences for founders and executives, supported new business development for public companies, and co-founded LR in 2023.
Chief AI Officer
Mizuki began developing browsers and editors in elementary school, publishing them in PC magazines and on the web. While in graduate school, he independently completed the development of an ad delivery platform at Speee. After working on company-wide technology platforms at Recruit, he led 3D/VR and machine learning R&D at Alpha through its sale to Macbee Planet, where he later served as VP of R&D. At LR, he leads AI technology strategy and implementation.
